The Lyf One North is also one of our official hotels ($145+9% GST). The apartments, social spaces and curated programmes at lyf are designed to forge new connections and nurture communities.

It is 1 min from One North MRT , which is the next station from Kent Ridge, NUS. It does not have breakfast, but there is starbucks coffee, refrigerators, a pool, gym, laundry and working areas! You can find very cheap affordable breakfast at the MRT station for under $4. ($145+9%GST per night).
